Steve Adams

Adams, Steve, over 30 years in business/community development, assisting in the creation of numerous jobs and business starts/expansions through aggressive use of industry recruitment/retention programs and in the completion of a number of community betterment projects. Financing these projects led to the securing of almost five million dollars in grants, low interest loans and other forms of tax/incentive financing programs available through many local, state and federal programs. In 2006, was awarded the Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) distinction by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and was recertified in 2009 Classified as an FS-III and P-17 within the lowa State Univeristy Extension system.
