Steve Noah
Noah, Steve is Vice President for Advancement-William Penn University in Oskaloosa. He is a partner in Iowa International Minerals LLC, and Associate of The Clark Group LLC of Washington DC, which provides consulting services. Noah is formerly Director of Development for ISU Extension at the Iowa State University Foundation. Noah has private sector experience in banking, real estate, construction, international trade and economic development. He was Director of Matric, an international trade and international development consortium involving the ISU-Center for Agricultural Development (CARD) and The Greater Des Moines Partnership. In this role, Noah oversaw several international business and microenterprise development initiatives in several countries including the Soviet Union, Hungary and Mexico. During the 1980s, Noah served as Executive Director, for the Republican Party of Iowa. Noah was named Distinguished Alumnus for Wartburg College in Waverly.
