Rita Frahm
Frahm, Rita, IFMCV Board Member is Vice President and Loan Officer for Heritage Bank, NA in Holstein, a North West Iowa community of 1500 people. Frahm also serves as President of Ida County Economic Development Corporation and Secretary of Galva Economic Development Corporation two nonprofits engaged in economic development activities and services. Frahm was instrumental in leading and effort to organize the IDA County Community Betterment Foundation. While serving in these various roles, Frahm was been instrumental in organizing county forums regarding financing and technical assistance for startup businesses. Frahm initiated efforts to acquire a grant from USDA to establish an Ida County Small Business Revolving Loan Fund. Frahm serves on the Community Vitality Center (advisory) Board for Iowa State University Extension and on the Board of Western Iowa Advantage which is a ten-county marketing cluster supported by the Region XII Council of Governments and the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
