Carol R. Smith
Smith Carol R., IFMCV Board Member is a private consultant and serves as a volunteer Program Development Director for the Iowa Community Supported Agriculture (INCA) nonprofit organization. Smith is a former Program Director for the National Catholic Rural Life Conference and has been a County Extension Education Director for Iowa State University Extension. Smith lives on a farm near Perry, Iowa is currently Chair for the Community Vitality Center (advisory) Board for Iowa State University Extension, which supports community-based entrepreneurship and microenterprise development initiatives and projects.
